The objectives of this Conference are: to improve the skill and knowledge required of those performing the duties of appellate technology officials by providing appellate court technology related conferences, seminars or other educational programs; to promote and improve the contribution of the offices of appellate technology officials within the area of court management and administration; to maintain facilities for the collection and dissemination of information and ideas with regard to the operation and improvement of the offices of appellate technology officials.
Upcoming Conference
Plans are well underway for CATO 2009 in Denver, CO. The conference will be held September 22nd - 24th, 2009 in conjunction with the Court Technology Conference (CTC). We will have a table with prizes in the exhibit hall and meetings during CTC. The meetings are called Sharing Sessions and will be Tuesday, Sept 22 from 4pm -5pm and Wednesday, Sept 23 from 5pm -6pm. So, stop by and see what CATO has to offer you and your appellate court.
There will be no registration fee this year for CATO, but registration for CTC is $675.00 until Sept. 4, 2009. After Sept. 4, the registration costs jump to $825.00, so please register with CTC by the 4th of September. Hotel costs range from $141.00 to $189.00 per night. There are limited number of rooms so book early.
